Dear Mr. Gemoules:

Thank you for your letter of October 25, 1982, concerning " Take Back the Night" rally held in College Green Park. Specifically I wish to determine the resolution of any charges which may have been filed and the relationship of this activity to the Student Senate before reaching any conclusion. It is my understanding that Student Senate financed this event. Any action which the City may take in this matter could have implications for other student activities. 

The goal of the City is to cooperate with the Student Senate and student groups wherever possible. I would hope that such a relationship will continue despite this episode.
