Dear Ms. Catalano:

This letter is in reference to your request for the use of College Hill Park on October 23, 1982. As we discussed, while you use College Hill Park for your rally, the park must be open for people tranversing through the park and members of the public, whether male or female, cannot be confronted by individuals attempting to exclude them from the park.

With that understanding, I have directed that the Superintendent of Recreation waive the liability insurance requirement. However, you will require a Type C noise permit. Please contact Mike Kucharzak at your earliest convenience.
