th jan 5 A nice bright day we ironed I took a nap before dinner dident feel very good all fornoon till after I slept Fri jan 6 A nice day thawed a lot Wallace & Lena took 20 rusters to town got 9 dollars for them Ella came home this eve walked home I made 18 or 20 holders sat jan 7 A fine day thawed bad today we sold our hogs today john kiple halled them in his truck had 4 loads we got a letter from each one of the boys today sun jan 8 A fine morning clouded up this afternoon but not cold all mud mon jan 9 A nice bright day Lena washed Wallace went to Wadena this afternoon
