Sam Richards was buried here in Illyria Wallace & Lena went I dident go haven't felt very good today Tues Feb 28 A bright day not so nice as yesterday wind a little high roads bad so muddy Lena washed I pieced on a quilt Ella drove Bill today wed Feb 29 not so nice today a cold wind Lena & Wallace went to Elgin this afternoon Lena took 3 rusters got $3.80 pretty good th Mar 1 A cold windy day Aulden came home today to stay we are so glad I dident feel a bit good today I sewed on the quilt some & patched & darned some stockins Fri Mar 2 A cold day stormy at times
