Wed Mar 7 A lovely bright day Lena ironed I patched most all day I have a very bad cold don't feel very good Watkines man was here today th Mar 8 A gloomy day commenced to snow this eve & just came in big flakes & lots of then rained at times all day Wallace was at Elgin Clermont & Postville him & Aulden went to a farm bureau meeting at Wadena this eve the oil man was here today & filled us up on oil I slept a while & felt better for it Fri Mar 9 quite a heavy snow fell last night this was a nice day I finished the tweed strips of our wild goose (chase?) quilt I dident feel a bit good today I was in bed all fornoon
