it rained a little today is cooler this eve fri Aug 14 A nice day the men threshed at Robert Ernst today Ella finished her new print dress Wallace & Ella has gone to the church there is some gathered there this eve to fix something for the fair booth Mary hasent felt well today had a stark shower on Ina Shaffer this afternoon sat Aug 18 A nice day Lena & Ella went to Foxwells got 2 milk pails of plumbs they have gone to the church agan this eve only Aulden he went to Elgin caned 7 qurts plumbs & 5 glasses of blackberry jelly & a 1½ pt of black berry jam the machine broke down at Bobs
