Tues Aug 21 A nice day Lena washed Wallace went to West Union this morning came home at noon they have all gone to see the rock crusher I am alone & lonesome I looked for Russell today he dident call for us to meet him he rote me he could come Monday or Tuesday with Ras Miller I am so disappointed tonight he may call in the morning wed Aug 22d A nice day but we had a real electric storm & a heavy rain Russell came to Elgin around 3 am phoned out & Aulden went after him him & I went to Linies this afternoon Aulden was going
