Mon Dec 3 A cold day froze today Lena washed was gloomy Tues Dec 4 A cold day is very cold this eve Wallace & Aulden husked corn was cold for them wed Dec 5 A cold day Wallace & Aulden shredded at is shaffers today we ironed the Delco light man from West Union was here today th Dec 6 A better day was bright Wallace & Aulden shredded at Is shaffers they used our tractor to pull the shreader Fri Dec 7 A bright day but cold we shredded today had 10 men to get dinner & supper for Aulden & Russell went to Elgin this eve to get a belt for the shredder fixed
