While that coin purse is out you may also want to stop at the canteen to purchase a magazine or some other small item suited to your needs. For the ambitious coed who organizes her time there is the broadening experience of dorm activities. Your congenial unit chairman is always happy to help you seek the proper medium, whether it be along a musical line, or via journalism or intramurals. There may even be a spot for you in the dormitory's governing body if responsibility is your byword. With so much to so and see in this one building alone it may take you a while to get oriented. However, remember that there are friendly ears and helping hands close by. The counselor's door is always open, so stop in and become acquainted. If sometime you just don't feel up to par, drop in for a visit with the nurse. Perhaps you have chosen to live outside the dorm. if so, your experiences will be much the same - socially,academically and activity-wise. All undergraduate women, whether residing in a dormitory, sorority, or off-campus housing unit, are held responsible for upholding University regulations as set forth in the Code of Student life. Now that you've found a place to study, sleep. and hang your clothes, it's time to unpack all those bags. Though no trip is ever complete unless something was left behind let's hope yours list includes: REMEMBERED TO PACK laundry bag clothes hangers sewing supplies shoe polish clothes brush soap and personal items alarm clock towels and wash cloths extra blanket gym or tennis shoes SQUEEZED IN IF THERE'S ROOM lingerie chest skirt and blouse hangers typewriter cup and spoon hair dryer book ends. 8
