C. Assignment of students applying for quarters operated by the University is made without regard to race,color, nationality or religion, on the basis of established assignment procedures. III. Residence for Graduate Students, Married Students, and Students over Age 21. A. Off-campus housing for graduate students,married students, and students over age 21 is not subject to University approval procedures. B. To be eligible for housing not subject to University approval procedures, student must have reached the age of 21 prior to or at the time of registration for the session during which such housing will be occupied. C. Special permission for undergraduate student under 21 years of age to occupy housing not subject to University approval procedures may be granted by the Office of Student Affairs upon application in person for: 1. Students who have completed four years of college and who have earned 126 semester hours of credit. 2. Students who have certified medical necessity. D. No single student or group of single students may rent and/or occupy a private house and act as rentors for other students. IV. Off-Campus Housing Standards All off-campus housing shall conform to University standards, city ordinances, and state housing laws. Any student may be required to move from premises which the University considers undesirable because of sanitary, moral, safety, or other reasons.
