Re: Meeting dates and times

The Human Rights Committee needs to meet as soon as possible. It is important, too, however, that as many members be present for our initial meeting as possible. 

We have tried in vain to schedule a meeting by phone in a time consuming effort to arrange a meeting time before the end of September. Our efforts didn't work. 

For this reason, we are backing up and providing Committee members and ex officio members with the enclosed form. Please complete the form to show when you would not be available for meetings and return it to me by October 3. I am now attempting to schedule a meeting for the week of October 13. 

Since I am uncertain as to whether or not you have received a list of this year's Committee members, a list is enclosed.
