CHASE'S WASHINGTON Week Nov. 4th, 1907 MAX DUFFEK Musical contortionist. Does some rather difficult things but cannot say that he made an effective appeal to our people. Full stage. MASON[[?]] and SHANNON They call it, "Astrology". Cannot recommend it. In one. LOUISE HENRY Did not go very well and I presume they compared her offering to that of Van Alstyre[[?]] and Harry and it suffers by comparison. Still it is a pleasing act as she does identically the work formerly done with Mr. Van Alstyre[[?]]. In one. HAL STEPHENS and Co. "Silas Lawson's Dream" or "A Modern Rip Van Winkle". While some liberties are taken yet this is a condensation of the well known play, carries effective special scenery, good support and we are justified in commending it. Full stage. INTERMISSION THE TENAIS[[?]] TRIO Two attractive young women and a man in a regulation club juggling acti with some added novelties and a pretty setting. Will give satisfaction in the early part of any bill. Full stage. FOSTER and FOSTER "The volunteer Pianist". A clever number and the same hit as last season. Fullstage, closing in one. Jos. Hart's FUTURITY[[?]] WINNER[[?]] Even better than last season and thrilled as usual. Full stage. THE VITAGRAPH "Scenes and Types in Ireland". Somewhat interesting. H. Winnifred De Witt.
