[[underline]]CRITICISM[[end underline]] UNION SQUARE THEATRE, WEEK OF NOV. 4th, 1907. FRITZ'S DOGS. This is a very good act, and it is all right to open the show. Animals are very well trained. Went very well. 14 minutes, full stage. Three shows. HARRY BREEN Singing Comedian. This chap is very clever. Most of his work is singing, which he introduces quite a lot of comedy which is good. Went well. 10 minutes in one. Three shows. AUSTIN WALSH. Sight Seen New York. This played all around, and he always does a fairly good act. A good three a day act. Went well. 16 minutes, full stage. Three shows. BROWNING AND LeVAN. "The Politician and the Hebrew." This is a very poor act. The straight man is not so bad, but the comedian is no good. I changed them with Harry Breen. Only went fair. 13 minutes in one. Three shows. THE RINALDOS With their troupe of educated Hoops. This is a very good Hoop rolling act. Very neatly costumed; work very well. 11 minutes, full stage. Three shows. IDA O'DAY. Banjoist and Story teller. This little girl has played around the circuit, and is very well known and always manages to make good. I like her work very much. Went very well. 12 minutes in one. Two shows. CHADWICK TRIO In "For Sale Wiggin's Farm." This act has improved very much since I last saw it. And of course not for the dancing of the girl the act would not amount to much. She being really the whole act. 26 minutes, full stage and close in one. THE HOWARDS. Musical Act. This is a very good act. First time I have seen this act, and is sure to make good in any of the houses. Plenty of good comedy all the way through, and the music is also very good. Went very well. 12 minutes, full stage and closes in one. McMAHON'S MINSTREL AND WATERMELON GIRLS. This act is very well known. Went very big. 19 minutes, full stage.
