108. UNION SQUARE CRITICISM-----WEEK OF DEC. 2nd, 1907. HENRY AND YOUNG In a comedy sketch entitled "The Loneville Jollier." This is a bad act. The comedy in the act is bad, and they didn't get one hand this afternoon. 16 minutes, full stage. Three shows. THE ASHERS Colored Singers and Dancers. This is a good three a day act. Their singing and dancing is good. Went very well. 10 minutes in one. Three shows. PERRY AND PIERCE German Comedians. this is a good act. They have some good material, and good parodies. Went very well. Three shows. 12 minutes in one. TANNER AND GILBERT Comedy Sketch. The comedy part of the act is good, and they both have a neat appearance on the stage. Went very well. 19 minutes, full stage and close in one. Three shows. MAX YORKS DOGS This is a very good act. All the dogs are very clever, and they do some very good stunts. 10 minutes, full stage. Two shows. Went very well. ELITE MUSICAL FOUR A quartette of clever Musicians. this is a good act, and they all play their instruments very well. Went very well. 17 minutes, full stage and close in one. BAPTISTE AND FRANCONI Comedy Acrobatic Act. This is a very good act. The comedy in the act is very good, and they are both very good acrobats. Went very well. 9 minutes, full stage and close in one. A. O. DUNCAN America's Representative Ventriloquist. Well known act. Went very well. 19 minutes, full stage and close in one. SA-HERA Mind-Reading Act. this is a good Act. Miss Sa-Hera is certainly clever, and she is assisted by a man. Went very well. 28 minutes, full stage. CARROLL AND BAKER Singing, Dancing and Talking, Two men, one working straight and the other as a Hebrew Comedian. They are both good dancers, and have fair voices. The comedian is no good, as his dialect is bad. Went fair. 13 minutes in one. CONTINUED. MURPHY, NICHOLS AND COMPANY In "From Zaza to Uncle Tom." Well known act. Went very well. 24 minutes, full stage and open in one. HARRY AND WOLFORD Singing and Talking act. this is a very good act. They both have good voices, and they have some good material. The woman is good looking, and she is neatly dressed. 16 minutes in one. Went very well. MMLE. ETOILE'S HORSES This is a very good closing act. the horses do some good work.
