137 PITTSBURG, PA. GRAND OPERA HOUSE. DEC. 9th, 07. KATHERINE BARTLETT - 3 shows. 10 min. Olio in one. Singing and costume changes, This is an exceptionally good act for the thee a day section. Miss Bartlett dresses nicely and pleases as well as some of the two a days we have had. RIGOLETTO BROS. - Full stage, garden. 12 minutes. Performing on revolving ladders and hand balancing feat. This is a very good act of the kind. We have them on at eight o'clock and they are going very well. LOLA COTTON - 15 minutes in one. An act similar to the Zancigs. While the act is not handled as well as Mr. Zancig handles his, it goes very well and causes considerable talk owing to the fact that the work is done by a young girl. EDWARD CLARK & WIDOWS - 25 minutes, full stage, special drop. This act is too well known to need extended criticism expect to say that I think it is better than ever. CAMPBELL & SMITH - Street in one. 17 minutes. One of the best talking acts in one we play. MAY TULLY & CO. - Opening in one, closing full stage. Time of act 25 minutes. "Stop, Look and Listen". Miss Tully is going fully as well with her sketch as she did on her first appearance here. MARSELLA and her cockatoos, pigeons, parrots, etc. 25 min. Full stage. One of the best acts of the kind I have ever seen. JOE WELCH - Monologue in one, 15 minutes. Mr. Welch is only doing fair with us and i would advise any one who has him booked to arrange with him to play the sketch. He has very little confidence in his single turn which hurts him a great deal. BUSTER GABRIEL & CO. 25 minutes, full stage. The same big hit as always. REDFORD & WINCHESTER - 15 minutes, full stage, special drop, straight and comedy jugglers. A very good juggling act and a big laugh all through. ALVIN BROS. - 9 minutes. Ring gymnasts. 3 shows. A very good act among the thee a days. O'CONNOR-SAUNDERS & CO. 16 minutes, interior - 3 shows. Will do well enough in the continuous houses doing three shows. JOHN P. HARRIS.
