Phila. 2. advocate could object to, and the situations are ludicrous in the extreme. Immense hand at the close. It will be talked about. THAT QUARTETTE, Vocalists:- 14 min. in 1. 2 shows. On at 9:53. Advance hand. Well known act on the Circuit. Scored the same big hit. Undoubtedly the best vocal four in Vaudeville. KARNO'S "Night in London Music Hall":- 23 min. F.S. 2 shows. On at 10:07. This act has been greatly improved since its last appearance here. It is now one of the funniest rough comedy acts in Vaudeville. The crowd enjoyed it immensely and laughed all the way through, at times the applause and laughter being well nigh riotous. The inebriated swell by Reeves is a work of genius. KINETOGRAPH:- THE RUNAWAY HORSE:- One of the best comedy films ever shown here. GOING THROUGH SWITZERLAND:- As interesting and beautiful a travel film as ever was seen. [LASTOY?] BROTHERS, Comedy acro:- 10 min. F.S. 3 shows. On at 6:52. One works straight and the other eccentric. Use table, chairs and barrel. Knockabout comedy with some good acrobatic work. THE BRITTONS, Col. S. & D.:- 12 min. in 1. 3 shows. On at 6:40. Man and woman making good presentation and giving an acceptable song-and-dance act that could hold a fairly good spot on the bill. GENERAL REMARKS:- An excellent show from every standpoint. Patrons expressed themselves better pleased than with last week's show, even with Vesta Victoria and Laddie Cliff. It should pull strong with the crowd for the balance of the week. An improvement in the orchestra had the effect of making more brilliant the musical features.-
