UNION SQUARE CRITICISM-----WEEK OF FEB. 10th, 1908.
GEORGE C. HARDON & COMPANY In "Uncle Ruben's Birthday." This is only a fair act. The first part of the act is too talky, and if they would cut out some of the talk, the act would gel much better. The man is very funny on the Roller Skates. The boy and girl are fair singers and dancers. Went fair. 21 minutes, full stage and close in one. Three shows.
WATERS   Magician. this is a good three a day act. He does some good tricks, and went very well this afternoon. 17 minutes, full stage. Three shows.
LA VEOLA   Pretty girl in a dancing, acrobatic act. She is very clever and her dancing and acrobatic work is very good. Went very well. 11 minutes in one. Three shows.
SAONA   Impersonator of Great Men. This is a very good three a day act. All his impersonations got good applause. Went very well. 9 minutes, full stage. Three shows.
MORRIS & MORRIS  Up-To-Date Quick fire Grotesques In "Fun On a Broom Handle." Two men, Both working eccentric. They do talking, dancing and Acrobatic work. Their acrobatic work is very good, and they also have some good material. The comedy is very good, and they had the audience laughing all the time. Went very well. 13 minutes, full Stage. Two shows.
COOPER AND ROBINSON  In "A Friend of Mine." These two colored people do a very good act. They are both good singers and dancers. The comedy is also good. Went very well. 15 minutes in one.
MEREDITH SISTERS   Comediennes. These two girls do a singing and dancing act. They make several changes of costume, all of which are very good. They are both good singers. Went very well. They carry their own Drops. 16 minutes in one and in two.
DILLON BROS.   Parodists. This is a good act. These two fellows have some very good parodies, and got away with it very well this afternoon. 21 minutes in one.


FRANK BUSH   Monologist. This man is too well known for any comment. He has some new and old material which is very good. Went very well.
THE JOSETTIS AND THEIR LILIPUATIANS  European Gymnastic Novelty. Three men and three Liliputians. This is an excellent closing act. All of their work got good applause. They are all very good acrobats. Went very well. 15 minutes, full stage.
KINETOGRAPH   A day By the Sea. Good. Flowers of Youth. Interesting. Babies will play. Good comedy film.
NOTE  The show this week is very good. There is plenty of good comedy, acrobatic, singing etc. in the show.
