Kinogram & Topics of the Day:- Fair. Eddy Duo:-5 min. f.s. Boy and woman in a fast wire act, made a nice opener. Frank Mullane:-12 min. in l. This well known singer and monologist went over very well. Ernest Evans & Co.:-21 min. f.s. Spec. A very neat singing and dancing offering, well staged, closed to a big hand. Ashley & Skipper:-23 min. in l. Ashley, with his present partner, went better than on any previous visits here, closing to a good hand. Sylvia Jason & Wm. Haig:-17 min. f.s. Spec. An exceptionally novel offering by two clever little artists. Were a hit. Grace De Mar:-15 min. in l. Although Miss De Mar was neither billed nor programed she went over very big, substituting for Jimmy Lucas & Co. Ciccolini-16 min in l. and f.s. This man has a very fine voice and his numbers were much appreciated, particularly those in English. Went over very good. Bonita & Lew Hearn:-18 min. in l. Got lots of laughs and closed to a nice hand. 4 Boise:-8 min. f.s. Held the audience practically intact, closing to a good hand. CUTS: Jason & Haigh Please eliminate last verse of "Wouldn't Do It Now" song. If possible I would prefer to have another number in place of this song. Also eliminate the word "bushwa", and the line "for God's sake". Frank Mullane: Please eliminate the gag "How long have they had Home Rule in Ireland?". Grace De Mar: Please eliminate line "Can't win all the time", and can seat and twin beds gags. Bonita & Lew Hearn: Please eliminate the reference to "young fellow's intentions", and "old man over eighty became a daddy".
