BOSTON KEITH'S July 14, [page] 9 Kinograms & Topics of the Day: - Fair. Kartelli:- 7 min. in 2. Good slack wire act opened show nicely. Ed Morton:- 15 min. in 1. Morton got a nice reception and pleased throughout, closing to a good hand. Paul Decker & Co.:- 25 min. f.s. Spec. This sketch is slow in getting started, but got quite a few laughs and closed to a nice hand. Sherman & Uttry:- 17 min. in 1 Spec. Man and woman in a routine of singing and talking. Man has a good voice, act went fair. Nat Nazarro & Atlantic Fleet Jazz Band:- 15 min. in 2. This boy is an exceptionally good dancer, and with the assistance of his jazz band, was the applause hit of the show. Fallon & Brown:- 19 min. in 1. These boys, with their singing and nut comedy, went over very big. Davis & Darnell:- 23 min. in 2 Spec. Man and woman in a comedy singing and talking skit, prettily staged, went over in great shape. Creole Fashion Plate:- 15 min. 1 1/2 Spec. This boy's first three numbers went only fair, but when he took off his wig it was plainly evident that he fooled practically the entire audience. Closed to a good hand. Bessye Clifford:- 10 min. f.s. Spec. A very novel posing act which held the audience remarkably well. CUTS: Fallon & Brown: Please eliminate all reference to the President, also the mention of Mr. Keith's name, and the word "bushwa".
