PROVIDENCE, R. I. E. F. ALBEE FEB. 21st, 1921 We have a fairly good bill this week, most of the acts going over very well indeed. We were handicapped greatly on Monday by the absence of two acts and at this writing we have had only one to replace two. CHAS. LOVENBERG. EVEANS & PEREZ: Perch and ladder balancing act. One of the most thrilling acts of its kind we have ever had. A great opener. 12 min. full stage. GREENLEE & DRAYTON: Two colored boys who are full of personality and put over a corking good act, particularly as to dancing. 11 min. in one. TAXIE: This well trained dog gave a really remarkable performance, and I was agreeably disappointed with the trainer whom I had been told was very much of a hick. This did not appear in his act at all, there is nothing offensive in his work and the act as a whole gave most decided satisfaction. 16 min. full stage. WILTON SISTERS: These well known girls repeated their former success in this theatre. 18 min. in one. ERNEST THOMPSON SETON: I can hardly say that Mr. Seton has a good vaudeville act. I do feel however, that he has some value in vaudeville once around. Some people in the audience evidently did not care very much for him, while others were decidedly interested. His appeal is largely to those who like the out doors and any man who has been hunting will no doubt be interested in his work. He lends himself especially well to advertising, aside from the very good notice appearing in the Review of the show this morning in the Journal, a picture of him also appeared. He is to be made the hero of several receptions by the Art Club - Y. M. C. A. Girls Scout, etc., several have bought large blocks of tickets for his different performances. 15 min. short opening in one, close full stage. MORRIS & CAMPBELL: Repeated their usual vaudeville hit. 21 min. in one. KAUFMAN BROS: Vaudeville vocalists who scored very strongly indeed. 14 min. open in two, close in one. LLOYD & GOODMAN: They appeared at the night show. Black face comedians who did fairly well, but were no doubt handicapped by having no musical rehearsal, etc., 14 min. in one. This afternoon the MEZZAN TROUPE OF ARABS will appear. CUTS: WILTON SISTERS: Please wear stockings. MORRIS & CAMPBELL: - Cut "Loved her Ta-Ta" - "Loved her un- da-da.
