PHILADELPHIA B. F. KEITH'S MARCH 14th, 1 KINOGRAMS & "TOPICS OF THE DAY" - Pictures and paragraphs very good. LAURA & BILLY DREYER - (9 mins.) A neat dancing act by a young man and woman. Their work has plenty of variety to it and is well done. Made a very good opener. LUCILLE & COCKIE - (13 mins.) A good novelty that repeated very well. STEPHENS & HOLLISTER - (20 mins.) A new comedy turn by this couple and it is equally as good, if not better, as a laugh-getter than their last season's sketch. They did very well, closing to a good hand. JIM McWILLIAMS - (18 mins.) A "nut" comedy turn that got a riot of laughs. His material is about the most nonsensical of any of the acts of this kind but it held the spot in great shape and he stopped the show long enough to be called back for a speech. TOTO -(18 mins.) With an act very much elaborated since last season he was one of the big applause hits of the show. His act is not only a great pantomime act but also a great acrobatic number, and it was a tremendous hit. ANNA CHANDLER - (18 mins.) Taking the place of Mabel Berra, who was ill, and going on cold without any advance billing, she was a big applause hit. Nearly all of her songs were new and handled in the same style that made her such a hit here last season. KITTY DONER & COMPANY - (30 mins.) One of the biggest hits we have had this season and fully deserving all the applause it got. She is assisted by her sister and brother, and all three work hard all the way through, keeping the act going at a record-breaking pace all the time. They were a sensational hit and closed very big. BURT GORDON & GENE FORD - (14 mins.) This act was a riot in the next to closing spot and an ideal number to follow the headline. They kept the house in a roar of laughter and finished amidst a whirl of applause. NELLIE & JOSEPHINE JORDAN - (8 mins.) These girls have made a departure from the usual wire act and were a big hit in the closing position. In staging and dressing it is one of the very best acts of its kind in vaudeville and the girls make a very attractive appearance. GENERAL REMARKS - A great show with two or three big comedy hits and one of the best dancing acts we have ever played. Anna Chandler taking the place of Mabel Berra was a big hit and the whole show went over with a bang.
