125 *4@:% 9034@ =*97$3 GRAND OPERA HOUSE WEEK COMMENCING AUG. 22d, 04 PITTSBURG, PA. STEREOPTICON VIEWS of the World's Fair- 15 minutes. They simply serve to fill up time. ZANO- Magician. Olio in one. 14 minutes. This is a very fair three a day straight magic act and does very well in the three a day section. FORD SISTERS-Vocal and dancing specialty. Garden in two. 10 min. This is a very neat dancing act and worthy of a much better place on the bill than we are playing them this week. MITCHELL & CAIN-Comedians and vocalists. Street in one. 3 shows. 15 min. This act is above the ordinary for the three a day section. They are going very well. HICKEY & NELSON-Acrobatic comedy-3 shows. "Twisted & Tangled" Wood in three. 12 minutes. This act is going very big here and starts our show off in good shape. CLARICE VANCE-Coon song singer. Olio in one. 11 min. Miss Vance is going very well with us. She has always been somewhat of a favorite in Pittsburg. SIX MUSICAL CUTTYS. Interior-full stage. 18 minutes. This is a very neat musical act-three brothers and three sisters and a big hit here. Wardrobe fine. I wish we could get something every week at their figure, just as good. BEDINI & ARTHUR-Comedy juggling act. Carrying set house. Wood, full stage. 15 minutes. The comedy of Mr. Arthur is equal to any that we have played. Mr. Bodini's juggling is very clever and dresses very neat. This is surely the laughing hit of the bill. MME. SLAPOFFSKI- England's Prima Donna. Olio in one. 15 minutes. While she is going very well she has not done as well for us as we expected and we would not care to play her a return at the same figure. CHAS. HAWTREY & CO. Sketch, "Time is Money" Interior-full stage. 35 mi Mr. Hawtrey's act is going very well and I feel sure that he has been responsible for quite a lot of new business. We are getting a class of people to see Mr. Hawtreywho have never attended vaudeville performances in Pittsburg before. JORDAN & HARVEY-Street in one. 18 minutes. This is a Hebrew singing and talking act and their first appearance in vaudeville in Pittsburg. They are going very well here, fully as big as York & Adams have gone for us. THE FOUR BARDS-Acrobatic act. Full stage- Wood. 12 min. This act is one of the biggest hits of the kind that we have ever played. This is their third appearance here in less than a year and they are going fully as big as on their first appearance. They are an act that make people talk and I really believe that aside from their pleasing the patrons they are the one acrobatic act that draw money. KINETOGRAPH- Great Train Robbery. 15 minutes. This is a great picture, especially when the effects are properly worked and it has been going very big with us at every performance this week. ELIZABETH KNIGHT- The Anny Lowery Girl. Olio in one. 13 min. 3 show This is a very ordinary singing act and we put it in here Monday morning on account of the non-appearance of Thompson's Dogs J. P. HARRIS
