TEMPLE THEATER, DETROIT, MICHIGAN. Week of September 28, 1903. CHAS. & FLORENCE GREGSON: Singer and Dancers. This is a neat little act. The woman especially making a very good appearance. While the act is not great it is still a very pleasing one. 14 mins. in one. BIMM BOMM BRRR: Novelty Musical Trio. This act always goes well with our audience. 11 mins. in 2, and 3 min. in one. HARRY SMIRL & ROSE KESSNER: In a lively Acrobatics an Dancing sketch The man is a very clever acrobat and the woman a good dancer. They introduce a little dog to good effect in their encore. Act went very strong here. 13 mins. in 3, and 7 mins. in one. Mr. & Mrs. Perkins Fisher: In their familiar sketch "The Half Way House" It has been two years since I played the act and it went as strong as ever. 22 mins. in 3. CLARICE VANCE: The Southern Singer. Always goes well here but this time her selection of songs does not appear to appeal to her audience as heretofore. 9 mins. in one. ROSE NAYNON & CLYDE PHILLIPS: Presenting their trained birds. This is a very pretty act and goes well. 16 mins. F. S. BOB & GEORGE QUIGLEY: In their talking act entitled "A Congressman at Large". These people have some pretty good stuff and the act is going very well. 18 mins. in one. THE GREAT THURSTON: He is presenting a very good act but was somewhat of a disappointment to me. Do not consider the act worth the money. 16 mins. F. S.
