SHEA'S EMPIRE THEATRE CLEVELAND, O. Week of Dec. 7, 1903 BAKER & LYNN Presenting "The Electric Boy", which is going better in this position than it did farther down on the bill. Full stage 19 min. IRVING JONES This man is not going as well as usual owing I think, to his poor selection of songs. 15 min. In one LAVEEN & CROSS Equilibrists. Two young men in an acrobatic act, which, considering the price is one of the best acts of its kind we have ever played. 14 min. Full stage. Can close in one if necessary. RAYMOND & CAVERLY Mostly new material, and while they are going very strong, do not think they are making the hit they did on their last visit. 18 min. In one SWEDISH LADIES QUINTET Five young women in a novel singing act for which they carry a special set. One of the hits of the bill. Full stage closing in one. 19 min. GIRARD & GARDNER In "The Soubrette and the cop" which in spite of its age, seems to please fully as well as on previous occasions. Full stage 21 min. MARIE DRESSLER Unquestionably "America's Greatest Comedienne". The hit of the bill. Drapery in two. 15 min. THE AVOLOS Two men, one dressed as a woman, in a remarkable act on perpendicular bars, which is somewhat marred by the man's attempt at comedy. Full stage 8 min. THE KINETOGRAPH Showing views of "Fairyland". Very good. 14 min.
