123 123 CHASE'S THEATRE. WASHINGTON, D. C. Week of Dec. 21st. LaVeen and Cross. Hand to hand balancers. This is a foreign act of splendid value, and if dressed as well would be equal in every way to Fredyl Brothers. They will make good any position on the bill. Full stage. Pete Baker. Now every one is familiar with the work of Mr. Baker, but I must add that he has everything new and act is a decided improvement. He is going exceedingly well. All in one. Milton and Dolly Nobles. For the first time they are playing for us "The Blue Grass Widow", and for thirty five minutes I never saw more appreciation and enjoyment upon the part of our audience. I cannot too highly commend both sketch and players. Full stage. Intermission. The Fadettes. This famous Boston Women's orchestra is incomparably the best I have ever had the pleasure of listening to or playing. Too high praise cannot be given them. Full stage. Mayme Remington and her Pickaninnies. She is assisted by four of the liveliest little picks one ever saw and the act is going very strong. All in one. The Three Merrills. This comedy bicycle act, which is being presented here this week by four people, is sustaining its former good reputation, furnishing much amusement and excelling in good riding. Full stage, but can close in one. The American Vitagraph. Presented "Fairyland" and is one of the best films ever used here. H. W. De Witt.
