165 GRAND OPERA HOUSE April 24th, 1905. PITTSBURG, Pa. GEO. AUSTIN-Wood, full stage. Time of act 14 minutes. 3 shows. Comedy wire act. Does very well in the three a day section. DICK LYNCH-Time of act 15 minutes. In one-three shows. Illustrated burlesque ballads-monologue and dancing. This is a very good three a day act. We have him on at 8:05 and he is going very well. JOSEPHINE AMOROS-Trapeze performers, assisted by Mlle. Charlotte. this is a very good act, one of the best acts of the kind we have ever played. GEO. MONROE-Time of act 20 minutes in one. Mr. Monroe is going very good at the matinees but not doing quite so well at night. His act pleases the ladies much better than the men. THREE KEATONS-Time of act 20 minutes-full stage-wood. Closes about six minutes in one. The act is about as usual excepting the introduction of Jingles, a baby about six months old, which gets quite a laugh. EDWIN STEVENS-Time of act 20 minutes. Full stage, interior. Monologue and singing act. Mr. Stevens is going very well with us. We consider him above the average monologue with an act entirely away from all others. LESLIE A DAILEY CO. Time of act 20 minutes, full stage. Interior, close in one about six minutes in their comedy-"Going Abroad". This act is going very well with us except the close in one which I think hurts the act. We are compelled to use them in one this week, otherwise would have asked them to cut their work in one out. MARCEL'S LIVING PICTURES. Time of act 20 minutes. This is the best act Marcels ever had and is going very well. He is introducing bas reliefs, color delph, bronze and is deserving of great credit for his present act. TONY WILSON ASSISTED BY HELOISE. Time of act 10 minutes, full stage. They are doing about the same as during their previous engagement. Bar act with bounding bed. We consider it one of the best acts of the kind. LEONARD & DRAKE-time of act 15 minutes, full stage, close in one about 5 minutes. Does very well for the three a day section. THE DALVINES. Magic act. Time of act 15 minutes. Full stage, close in one five minutes. I consider this a very good act for the three a day section. CLAFLIN SISTERS-Time of act 14 minutes in one. 3 shows. Character work introducing German and Irish. This is not a good act and would not care to repeat it. J. P. Harris.
