3. KINETOGRAPH, The regular change of films was was held for next week and filler being substituted and the COWBOY series held another week as it has been a big success with our audiences. ED. MULLEN and DIXIE:-14 min. F.S. 3 shows. Mullen works eccentric tramp, and puts his fox terrier through various common stunts which just about justifies the act for a small place on the bill. GENERAL REMARKS;-This is a sort of show that will do passably well at this season, although it would never do at all in any other season. There is absolutely nothing that people will go away and talk about, but by transposing the act, it will be improved. There were no agreeable surprises, as has recently occurred frequently, and yet no absolute fall-down. The whole show just about goes by on an established reputation for good things. SIDNEY DREW and one or two others being strong favorites here may help to swell a good week's business. The following is the order of the re-arrangement decided upon:- Ed Mullen & Dog...6.45 Barto & Lafferty...6.56 Gagnoux...7.06 Mlle Edna...7.20 Keith's Orchestra...7.30 Carr & Jordan...7.38 Chas Howard...7.58 Palfrey & Hoefler...8.10 Jack Wilson & Co...8.19 The Gleesons...8.36 Swan & Bambard...8.52 Geiger & Walter...9.06 Mr. and Mrs. Drew...9.28 Sabel Johnson...9.48 Eight Allisons...10.00 Kinetograph...10.10 --- 10.30
