Keith's Theatre, Providence, R. I., Week of December 17, 1906. Duyrea & Mortimer: Opened here yesterday replacing Kingsley & Lewis. Went very well indeed, altho it is an act that I would not put in excepting in an emergency as we have had it too often. Any house that has not had it more than once - I should say - it is still a good proposition. 23 min. full stage, 2 shows. IMMENSAPHONE. Instead of increasing in value it seems to decrease. It got hardly a hand on their finish last night. My impression now is that instead of being worth $200. less than we are paying it, it is worth $400. less;-in fact I don't think it is worth anything at all, taking it absolutely from the audience standpoint. Chas. Lovenberg, Mgr.
