CONTINUED. POLK, ROLLINS AND CARMEN SISTERS --- Four Banjoists. Two women and two men. A very good act which goes very well. It is not an artistic act, and cannot compare with the playing of Franco Piper and others, but they make a whole lot of noise that goes and the people like it. 11 minutes in one. THE BAGGESSENS ---- Big advance applause. I have never heard more laughter in this Theatre than this act received, and the man is without doubt the best natural Comedian I have ever seen on this Stage. I have just played Morris Cronin, The Wesseleys and others, but this act is worth more than all of them rolled together. 16 minutes, full stage. LEWIS McCORD & CO. ----- Mr. McCord has dragged from obscurity an old stock one act play, and by clever pruning and a good knowledge of Vaudeville has quite a good bit of property. Laughs were frequent, and the act went very well indeed. Mr. McCord is very clever, and the young woman and well trained. Their are four people in the sketch and a stage hand (which, by the way, was played splendidly by one of my boys). I can highly recommend this act. 27 minutes, full stage. IRVING JONES ---- A hard place but this man filled it all right. Big hit as usual. 19 minutes in one. LA TROUPE CARMEN ---- Good wire act that held the audience. Well dressed neat and clever work, although I don't think it is as good an act as the Harvey Family. 11 minutes, full stage. KINETOGRAPH --- The Charmer. Good. Making Champagne, Very good and interesting film. Bobby the Galloon. Very funny. NOTE --- At last I have the kind of show they really like here. Good comedy and the audience was kept in good humor all thro' the main part of the show. I predict bug business for the week. Lindsay Morison.
