57. Keith's Theatre, Columbus, Ohio, Week Mch. 18th. --- 07. RAMZETTA and Lyman: Mand & Woman comedy acrobatic act. -- The man does some very good falls but none that are new or that seemed to make a particularly favorable impression. -- His stunts are well executed but I could not see any that had not been done by others in acts of the same style. -- The woman puts in the greater part of her time in running about the stage doing nothing worth noting. -- This act did not even get a hand at the finish. -- This is rather unusual for even an opener here but may have been caused through the expectancy of seeing Houdini who is the feature of the bill. -- 11 minutes in garden. MUSICAL THORS: Two men: Play banjos and xylophones very well. -- Merely a fair act. C. D. F. then olio. 14 minutes. THE USHERS: " Tough Love." -- An act well known on the circuit. -- It went very well and received a nice enchore at the finish. -- 15 minutes. DONALD & CARSON: " in " Alec McLeans Dream" -- A Scotch singing and comedy sketch. -- Man and woman both have good voices and introduce singing and comedy that got good results. The act did not finish very strong but generall speaking it went very well and made good. 17 Minutes. WOODWARDS SEALS: Another well known act and one that made a big hit. 12 minutes garden. SMITH & Campbell: Two men in singing and talking act. -- The best of its style we have had so far. -- These men have an excellent line of comedy and singing, they know how to deliver the same and they work all of the time. -- They made a solid hit and were compelled to respond. -- 24 minutes in one. HOUDINI. -- Went great. Did handcuff and shakle stunts. - Also trunk trick. -- Got out of everything in which he was feastened and very quickly. He has everybody talking and the outlook is that he will more than make a hit here this week. -- This is really the first act we have had since the house opened that I can honestly say has drawn a dollar into the house individually. -- Palace: 22 minutes. PICTURES: Life in Congo and Weary Willie and the Motor Car. -- Fair:
