Columbus Show Week June 3rd. -- 1907. -- W. W. Prosser. LA VEOLA.: -- Parisian dancer and acrobat. -- This girl went very well and satisfied in every respect. -- She makes a good appearance, and her work is well done. -- She also pleases with her personality. 9 minutes Olio. BROWN & NEVARO: One of the most substantial hits we have ever had since the house opened. -- They are quite versatile and none of their work failed to strike favorably. -- They had several nice recalls at the finish. -- The act is quite a novelty and will create talk of a favorable nature. 18 minutes special set. AL CARLETON: Simply a terrific hit. -- It would be very difficult to find an act that would go here better than this. -- 19 minutes in one. LALLA SELBINI: An act that might be termed a female Henri French. She does a little of everything. -- She was received favorably but did not go as well as I anticipated. -- Quite satisfactory however. She may not be doing her best for the reason that she is in a fit of temper because she is not featured above everything on the bill. -- She is far from the feature with the audience. There is no fault to find with her work because she makes good in a moderate sort of way. 15 minutes special set. Sophie Brandt: A crackerjack singer who makes a fine appearance and who proves to be a hit of the first water. -- She deserves a lot of credit for making good here for the reason that ordinarily it is very difficult for a single woman singing act to get by. -- 10 minutes in one. CHAS MACK & CO. Sketch "Come Back To Erin." -- A very beautiful act and one that made them sit up and look here. -- Beautifully staged and excellently portrayed by all engaged in the presentation. -- The act goes beautifully and at the finish received several genuine curtains. -- Nothing better seen here for a long time. Special set 18 minutes. HOEY & LEE: A decidedly clever pair of Hebrew Comedians. -- They went big and held their own with anything on the bill. --They worked very rapidly, gave us a good line of talk and parodies and got away nicely at the finish. -- 13 minutes street. WATSON'S FARMYARD. -- One long SCREAM. -- 20 minutes landscape. PICTURES -- Spot at The Phone: Motherinlaws Visit: Baby's First Outing: All good. Comment: One of the best shows we have had and one that I believe will get business for us.
