UNION SQUARE CRITICISM WEEK OF JUNE 3rd, 1907. THE KRAMERS. Mother and daughter in a Comedy sketch. This is a very good act. If I would know this at first i would not let them open the show. The daughter is a very good comedienne, and can safely say if it was not for her, the act would be no good at all. The act went very well, and I have changed them from first to third on the bill. 15 minutes, full stage. Three shows. MILO SISTERS. I was very much disappointed in this act. They do singing and dancing. Singing only one song, and the sword and Spanish dancing was only fair. They finish with a duel with swords which was very bad, but they may be all right to open the show. Went fair. 12 minutes in two. Three shows. HERBERT CYRIL. A very tall good looking Englishman dressed in perfect taste in English songs-which all got a big hand. This man is a find at the money I am paying him, and could stand a better place. Big hit. 15 minutes in one. Three shows. KAUFMAN BROS. Two men in blackface. Singing and talking. Good three show act. Plenty of laughs and applause. 15 minutes in one. Three shows. FOUR HUNTINGS. Three men and a woman in a comedy sketch called "The Fool House." The girl is good looking and dresses well, and does a fair song and dance with one of the boys. The Comedy is very funny, and had the audience screaming. Good act, and a great finish. 20 minutes, full stage. Two shows. ELSIE BOEHM. Female Baritone. this woman made quite a hit with all her songs, and the act is certainly all right for the money compared with some other acts in one at three and four times the money. 10 minutes in one. ED. REYNARD. Well known Ventriloquist. Without doubt this is the best act of its kind. The scenery, props, figures, Light effects etc., are immense, and while Reynard's Ventriloquial efforts may not be as artistic as either Prince or Edwards, he certainly goes better with the audience. 20 minutes, full stage. NOTE. Good show all through. I cancelled Alexander and Bertie on account of their wanting to change their spot. Lindsay Morison.
