CONTINUED. VIOLA DeCOSTA AND COMPANY In "The Latin Quarter." Miss De Costa is assisted by four boys. It is a very pretty act. The stage setting is very beautiful, and the boys are very good singers. There is enough of comedy to kill a monotony of too much singing. Mis De Costa makes three changes of costume all of which is very pretty. The act went very well, and I consider it a very valuable act to book for next season, and is sure to make good on any bill. 17 minutes, full stage. NELLIE ROSEBUD AND GUS BRUNO. I was very much disappointed in this act, not so much in Mr. Bruno as I was in Miss Rosebud. She was very nervous, her songs dragged, and she really acted very amateurish. Mr. Bruno was all right, his stories and different characters were all good. I think I will take Miss Rosebud out and will let Mr. Bruno finish the act with his old monologue in one which would be a 100% better. Only went fair. 18 minutes, full stage and close in one. MARY DUPONT AND CO. Miss Dupont has played this house several times, and is quite a favorite here and always makes good. Went very big this afternoon. 15 minutes, full stage. HOWARD AND HOWARD. This is another very good act. Plenty of good comedy. Both boys are good singers, and the keep the audience laughing all the time. Went big. 18 minutes in one. FOUR RIANOS. This is a very good acrobatic act. It has played here before, and always made good. This is a very good act to close the show with. Went very well. 13 minutes, full stage. KINETOGRAPH. A Jealous Woman. Very interesting. On the Stage. Funny. NOTE. Altogether the show this week is a very good one. Plenty of good comedy, good singing and dancing and good music. The only fall down being Rosebud and Bruno. Considering this was a very hot weather the show went very well. The attendance was fair. Reed Albee,
