244. UNION SQUARE CRITICISM-----WEEK OF SEPT. 16th, 1907. MR. AND MRS. DICK TRACY In "Courtship at Cowslip Farm." This is a fair act to open the show with. 17 minutes, full stage. Three shows. NEALY SISTERS. This is a very fair little act. Both girls are very clever, and their singing and dancing is good; and are neatly dressed. Went fair. 12 minutes in one. Three shows. OWLEY & RANDALL Good comedy juggling act, and always manages to make good about third on the bill. Went well. 10 minutes, full stage. Three shows. HARRY BURGOYNE This fellow does a very good act. His songs are all very good, and he went very well. 15 minutes in one. Three shows. CONTINUED. MELANI TRIO Street Serenaders. A corking good musical act. They are all very clever, and especially the violinist who I consider great. Went big. 11 minutes in one. CRESSY & DAYNE In "Town Hall To-night." They are very well known here, and always seems to make good. 26 minutes, full stage. QUINLAN AND MACK In "The Traveling Dentist." These fellows do a very good act. Plenty of good comedy from start to finish. Went very well. 18 minutes in one. RIALTA. Fire and Mirror Dancer. I was a little disappointed in this woman, not that I think her act is bad, but the only fault I had to find is that she is too far down on the bill. I would have changed her place, but I haven't got anything to close the show. 12 minutes, full stage. KINETOGRAPH Visit to Constantinople. Very good film. The Living Silhouette. Fair. Liquid Electricity. Very interesting. NOTE. The show this week is one of the strongest I have had in some time. There is plenty of good comedy, singing, dancing etc., and it is a very good variety show, and the audience was satisfied with it this afternoon. Reed Albee,
