CRITICISM Keith & Proctor's 125th St. Theatre Week April 27th 1908 Ruby Raymond & Boys Dancing act, 10 minutes in one. Three good dancers each of them receiving good applause in their single dances and finished very strong together. 6 Musical Nosses 4 2omen 2 men, 17 minutes. Full stage special set Scenery & Costumes very good, received big applause at the finish of each number. Close in One 2 Minutes A very pretty and neat musical act The Watermelon Trust Colored Singing and Dancing Comedy Act Time of act 35 Minutes (28 minutes full stage 7 minutes in One) Three Women Two Men, act neatly dressed and full of good comedy, singing and dancing, went very big Palace Setting in Full Seligman & Bramwell Time of Act 16 Minutes, parlor set in three Two Women One Man, Comedy Sketch. Scattered Laughts all during act finished strong taking three curtain calls. Sydney Deane & Co Xmas On Blackwells Island. Prison scene in 1 1/2 21 Minutes. Four men one of them doing Comedy A good singing act went very big with this clientell Sydney Deane being Forced to Take an encore on his last song. Sydney Drew & Co in "Billy's Tombstones" 22 minutes special set in Three. Mrs Drew out of cast her place being taken by Miss Frances Keenan who played the part remarkably well considering it being her first time. Act one continuous scream. Katie Barry Eccentric Comedienne, 14 minutes in one. Good act but not strong enough to follow the two preceding acts, had to move her up for the night show. Went very well considering place on bill. The Sleedes Comedy Pantomime act, Black Art set in three. Three Men 10 minutes. Got a few laughs during act, did not finish very strong. 69.
