CHASE'S WASHINGTON Week Jan. 11th, 1909. [OVERING?] TRIO Talented children and Ruth, the least one, is quite a wonder with her imitations. Can work all in one. GARDNER and STODDARD "Vaudeville Frivolities". They do a little bit of everything and do it quite well so as to fill this position very nicely both in an artistic and comedy way. Full stage, closing in one. CHAS. LEONARD FLETCHER Impersonations, old and new, and all good. Full stage, but can open and close in one. RUTH ALLEN and 6 LONDON JOHNNIES. There seems to have been diverse opinions on the merit of this act but you say right her put us down as saying that while Mr. Lasky has produced greater acts, yet he has never given us better value for the money and Miss Allen and the Johnnies made thoroughly good here in every sense of the word. In one and a half. INTERMISSION WILLS and HASSAN Equilibrists executing many clever feats. Full stage. MONROE and MACK Blackface comedians in the comedy "Taking the Third Degree". You may laugh at us but, personally there were as many laughs in this offering today as any one put on by McIntyre and Heath, and the only difference would be in the drawing power of the name. Full stage, opening and closing in one. CLARICE MAYNE Clever, very clever, in mimicry and song and Mr. Tate adds no little to the effectiveness of the act, giving to it a nice tinge of comedy. Full stage. THE AMERICAN VITAGRAPH "The Auto Heroine" A very good subject. H. Winnifred De Witt, Manager.
