KEITH'S PROSPECT. Cleveland, Ohio. Ned S Hastings. May 10th, 1909 ERNESTO SISTERS. F.S. Parallel tight wire apparatus. 4 women, 1 man assistant. Lively and novel work. Some costume changes. Neat and generally entertaining. Time 10. FRED WATSON & MORRISSEY SISTERS(2). In 1. Time 11. Songs & Dances, featuring energetic dancing at close. Pleasing all right, but not a great hit. MONROE & MACK. 2 men, black face. Open in 1, our street drop. Change to 3, special drop, back to 1 for close. Laughable nonsense, songs and talk. The work is fast for the most part and chiefly original. Act went very well at the Monday matinee. A-B A-BE's Picture post card album. Worked in huge album after style, somewhat of Jean Marcel but not in same class. Equipment rather shabby. Pictures attractive Fairly well received. One very pretty girl poses.in all pictures. Time 14. TOM BROWN & SIREN NEVARRO. Man & Woman. (Coons.) Time 15. Work in 1 with 2 special and 2 house drops at character changes. Lively, bright and energetic. Decided hit with songs and dances. Do Indian and Chinese, latter very good. WILFRED CLARKE & CO. C.D.F. Time 15. 2 women, 2 men. Presenting, "What Will Happen Next." This is a great farce rippling with great situations. A big laugh throughout. Went with teriffic hit. GUS EDWARDS. In 1, with assistant at piano and woman in box. Time 22. Mr Edwards sings his own compositions. His engaging personality makes this line of work a big hit. Although the form of act is decidedly old, Mr Edwards gives it a very novel appearance and makes it go with a bang. Took several real encores and make friends instantly all over the house. DUNEDIN TROUPE. 2 women, 2 men (one clown comedy) and man who acts as sort of ring master. Time 15. Here is a genuinely novel bicycle act. They do stunts never seen here before. There is perpetual life throughout and great variety. Comedy first class. Tricks very difficult and neatly executed.
