MARYLAND THEATRE REPORT.
Week of Sept. 20th, 1909.

THE HAVERLOCKS
13 Minutes Full Stage. A very neat juggling Act, with a little comedy interspersed. Does fairly well in this spot.
Dolly Connolly & Percy Wenrich
18 Minutes in 1. Wenrich is a good Piano Player and has selected good catchy numbers for the act. Miss Connolly sings four songs, changing costume for each and does some dancing. Both artists have pleasing personalities and on the whole the act was a big hit. This act could hold any spot on bill that may be assigned to them.
Harlan Knight & Co
In "The Chalk Line"-28 Minutes full stage, special set, which they carry. This is a rube character sketch full of good bright comedy, which got good hearty laughs all through. The characters are splendidly portrayed and the act was a hit.
The Vampire Dance
8 Minutes full stage. We have handled the act differently from any other city, in as much, as I have thrown the entire burden of presentation upon Kipling and Philip Burne Jones and have eliminated the "Apache Dance" which opened the act, entirely thus succeeding in placing the 


Nella Bergen
14 Minutes in 1. A real classt artist that makes good every minute of her time. Grand Voice. Good costumes and great selection of songs. Would like to have as good a star each week.
Four Rianos
15 Minutes Full Stage. Own Set. Always makes a good a sure fire hit.
Kinetograph.  All Right.
A great show throughout, plays splendidly and never stops for a second from start to finish.
