Boston show week November 15, 1909. R. G. Larsen Monday afternoon show Overture. On at 1:50, 13 minutes. Hall Brothers. On at 2:03, 13 minutes full stage. This is a very good opening act, some of the feats of strength and hand balancing, especially the finish, getting applause. Ryan & White. On at 2:16, 9 minutes in 1. These boys are about as clever as any dancers we have had in a long time and got a good -2- Billy B. Van. On at 3:32, 29 minutes full stage with close in 1. Van certainly made a hit here this afternoon. The act is full of life and ginger and although his stuff did not arrive until late, it was not hung until a few minutes before he went on, he gave a good performance and satisfied everybody. Rayno's Dogs. On at 4:19, 9 minutes full stage. This is one of the best closing acts we have had in a long time is full of life and got lots of laughs and gave the show a good lively windup. Kinetograph. On at 4:30, 18 minutes, splendid pictures of the Pittsburgh Detroit games. Comment. This show with a slight change in the running order placing Miss Summerville further up the bill, should work up much better this evening. Cuts. Exposition Four: "rotten" in Cremo cigar phrase. Billy B. Van: "Don't believe that last report" business with seat of pants, "swell calves" "what the hell" and "man with two seats".
