REPORT OF COLONIAL THEATRE, LAWRENCE, WEEK OF MARCH 14TH, 1910. Valvono & Lamore - grotesque gymnasts. A very good act for the money. I had them do their whole act in one and went very well. 15 minutes. M'lle [Mademoiselle] Rialta and Alden MacClaskie - "The Artists Dream." Went well. 11 minutes in three. Dick Lynch - burlesque ballads - an odd act - went very good. 17 minutes in one. Gus Edwards Blonde Typewriters with Joe Keno. A great comedy singing act. Big hit. 25 minutes in three. Italian Trio - high class operatic soloists. Went big. 13 minutes in one. Mr. and Mrs. Mark Murphy in "Clancy's Ghost." The best sketch they have played here and went very big. 21 minutes. Open in three, close in one. Rose Naynon's Birds - one of the best bird acts I have ever seen and took very well. 17 minutes in three. Motion pictures O. K. John F. Adams, Critic.
