BOSTON SHOW WEEK APRIL 4, '10. R. G. LARSEN. AMOROS SISTERS. 11 minutes f.s. A remarkably good opening act with a little of everything, juggling, dancing, trapeze work, most of it clever. Girls are well dressed, lively and attractive. POPE AND DOG. 14 minutes in 1. This is a fair single dog act and certainly good value for the money. SIX MUSICAL NOSSES. 19 minutes f.s. close in 1. This well known musical act got by in very good shape this afternoon but would not care to play it much farther down on such a bill as we have now. DOLAN AND LENHARR. 20 minutes in 2. "Nearly a Mind Reader." They have been playing this act f.s., but can work it as well in two as was shown this afternoon when in order to help out on a rather heavy show, they did so. The act is a burlesque on mind reading, and has a number of laughs, but as a feature could hardly be compared with "A High Toned Burglar." W. C. FIELDS. 20 minutes f.s. with close in 1. Same old hit. MRS LA SALLE CORBELL PICKETT. 25 minutes f.s. Mrs Pickett this week is telling personal stories of her experiences with Lincoln, Grant, Lee, Jackson, and Davis. In the first time of the new lecture in which she has reduced more than two hours of good material into 25 minutes, she did remarkably well and held the audience from start to finish and was perhaps better adapted to vaudeville than the talk on Gettysburg last week. It might be remarked by the way that towards the end of the week she had her Gettysburg down to 19 minutes and it went better at every performance. HARRY BREEN. 12 minutes in 1. This was a hard spot for Breen, who has an act that is hardly suitable for this time of day, but nevertheless he got by in grand shape this afternoon and was a riot at night. MLLE DAZIE. 18 minutes f.s. opening in 1. Dazie is certainly the whole act here. Her dancing, personality, alone make it worth the money but the pantomime itself in my estimation is not as good a vaudeville feature as "Paris by Night." CARSON AND WILLARD. 15 minutes in 1. Held this spot in good shape at the end of a long show. TONY WILSON AND HELOISE. [??] minutes f.s. An A 1 closing act. PICTURES. "Woman from Mellons." Good comedy film. Running order - Amoros Sisters; Pope and Dog; 6 Nosses; Dolan and Lenharr; Mrs Pickett; Harry Breen; W. C. Fields; Dazie; Carson and Willard: Tony Wilson, Pictures. COMMENT - A good fast show.
