Boston, Mass., B. F. Keith's April 8th., 1918 Wheeler Trio 7 min. f.s.. Three men in an exceptional acrobatic act; made very good opening. Bradley & Ardine 10 min. in 1. Spl. this boy and girl cut down to 10 min. owing to the length of the show, and went over very big. William Ebs & co. 15 min. in 2. Spl. A ventriloquial novelty and the big surprise finish got a fine hand. Wm. Gaxton & Co. 23 min., f.s., Spl. Mr. Gaxton supported by a very clever company put over his playlet "Kisses" in good shape closing to a good hand. Courtney Sisters 12 min. in 1. These girls have a very good program of songs and put them over in their usual manner closing to a good hand. U. S. Navy "Jazz" Band 25 min. f.s.. A Jazz Band of 25 enlisted men playing a program of popular and semi-classic numbers. This act was a positive sensation getting the most solid applause after each number given an act in years. Liberty Loan Speaker - 20 min. in 1. John McGowan & Co. 25 min, in 1 1/2 - F.S. Mr. McGowan assisted by two girls in a very bright miniature musical comedy; held this spot well closing to good hand. Jas. & Bonnie Thornton 24 min. in 1. James is just as good as ever judging from the laughs his monologue and Bonnie certainly looks good and got the audience singing with her in good style. Went good. Mme. Doree's Celebrities- 20 min. f.s.. Spl. This is a good singing aggregation and their act is well staged. Held the audience pretty well. Remarks;- Tuesday night is Navy Night with Admirals, Commodores and Navy Captains as guests. Wednesday night Army Night General of the District and Staff as guests. Thursday Night Liberty Loan Committee of New England have accepted invitations.
