B. F. Keith's Boston, Mass., April 29 1918 Maximillian's Dogs. 6 min. f.s., This act works fast and has a routine of clever tricks well handled. Went fair opening. Horn & Ferris. 12 min. in 1. Two boys in a singing act, one boy singing falsetto. This act is very weak for this house. Married via Wireless. 22 min. f.s., spl. The scenic effects, patriotic features and work of the little girl dancer, with some fairly good singing gets this act over and they closed to a good hand. Gould & Lewis. 18 min. in 1. This boy and girl have a very good singing, dancing and talking combination but are inclined to stall too much. Went good. The Bonfire of Old Empires 35 min. f.s., spl. This patriotic feature has a very capable cast and went over very well closing to a good hand. Jimmy Hussey & Co. 18 min. in 1 1/2, spl. This travesty on Military life is well handled by Hussey and his capable partner and they went over big. Lew Brice & Barr Twins. 18 min. in 1. The eccentric dancing of Brice put this act over to a good hand. Nan Halperin. 25 min. in 1. This clever little artist went over as big as on her previous visits here, and closed to a big hand. Charlie Chaplin Picture 33 min. The show was very late but Chaplin held the audience very good considering.
