PHILADELPHIA B. F. KEITH'S JUNE 3, 8 PATHE. 15 min. A fairly good lot of pictures. RED & BLONDY. This act was booked late in the week and their baggage did not arrive in time for the first show. BROWNE SISTERS. 12 min. One of the girls formerly appeared in a single turn as "Flavilla." Doing the same kind of an act with another girl, the two playing accordions. They use popular music and the act was well received. "MOTOR BOATING." 19 min. One of Billie Burke's acts with four people. Use comedy talk and songs with a lot of old-time burlesque bits. An old-fashioned act but it got over with fair results. HOLMES & BUCHANAN. 9 min. A classy singing turn by a man and woman. Have played the act two or three times and it has always made good. Both have good voices and their songs were well received SANTOS & HAYS. 16 min. A very good comedy act by two girls. They get a lot of comedy out of the difference in their size and figures and were one of the big laughing hits of the bill. Two or three songs are used and their finish in Buster Brown costumes was a riot. "ALL FOR DEMOCRACY." 12 min. This is a picturesque novelty right up to the time. The characters are remarkably life-like and well known speeches by the great men impersonated brought rounds of applause. The act scored solidly and finished to a big hand. DOOLEY & SALES. 25 min. They put over as big a hit on they have ever made in this house. They are using a lot of their old material but have freshened it up in spots and they kept the audience laughing from start to finish. THE SPANISH DANCERS. 35 min. This act was lifted bodily from "The Land of Joy" which played an engagement of four weeks at one of the local theatres during the past season. The entire company, with the exception of one or two of the principals, are in the vaudeville act and their program consists of fourteen numbers. It is a highly colored dance production and elaborately costumed. All the song numbers are in Spanish. It is a big novelty and should draw business despite the warm weather. GENERAL REMARKS. A very good vaudeville show preceded Spanish Dancers who closed the bill and as a summer entertainment, it proved thoroughly satisfactory.
