PATHE. 13 min. A good average of pictures.
THREE MISSES STEWARTS. 12 min. This Trio formerly appeared as Stewart Sisters and Escorts. Open with a song number but dancing forms the major portion of their act and the six varied numbers in attractive costume furnished a very good opener.
JIMMY LUCAS & CO. 19 min. This act substituted for Regal & Bender who failed to arrive in time for the first show. Lucas got a lot of laughs with his comedy and the finish with the old soldier singing from the box took the act off to big applause.
FISHER & HAWLEY. 18 min. "Business is Business." Another of the "Potash & Perlmutter" style of sketches and it proved a big laugh-winner. A young man and girl support the principals. Plenty of action and good comedy well handled. Very well liked.
ED. NORTON. 12 min. As usual one of the big applause hits of the show. He is a Philadelphian and very popular here but always makes good with his songs. Has several new ones, getting returns with each and finished to a big hand.
SIX KIRKSMITH SISTERS. 16 min. A very high-class musical act that repeated the big hit made on former visits. Their new program of instrumental numbers is even better than the last and the one vocal selection was a big applause winner.
DICKINSON & DEAGON. 29 min. A very good comedy singing and talking act, although a little long. The girl works up the comedy in excellent shape and the man does an excellent straight for her. Thoroughly amused the audience and were forced to give a couple of encore bits.
AVON COMEDY FOUR. 27 min. The usual riot of laughter. Their routine is about the same as before but our audience fairly howled at the comedy and liberally applauded the singing finish.
BELLE BAKER. 13 min. Although she followed a lot of singing, she was a tremendous applause hit, getting big returns for every number. Most of her songs are new and they are probably the best she has ever offered.
EMERSON & BALDWIN. 10 min. Two men in a routine of burlesque comedy, juggling and magic. They work up a lot of fun with their tricks but also do some straight juggling and in the closing position went very well.
GENERAL REMARKS. This is a corking good show with plenty of music and comedy and especially suitable to the warm weather. Every act scored an individual hit.
