BOSTON KETH'S Dec. 2, 8 Hearst-Pathe Weekly: Booth & Leander:- 9 min. f.s. Trick cyclist and acrobatic comedian. Made a nice opener. Norton & Melnotte:- 16 min. in 1 Two girls, one playing male character, in a singing and dancing skit. Went nicely. Lucille & Cockie:- 15 min. in 3 1/2 This act did better than on its previous visit here, but seems to slow up the show in this spot. Claudia Coleman:- 16 min. in 1 This girl has some good material and put it over nicely, closing to a good hand. Norton & Nicholson:- 19 min. f.s. This well known couple played the same sketch they used here before. Got plenty of laughs and closed to a good hand. Mehlinger & Myer:- 19 min. in 1 These boys went just as big as on previous visits here. Christie MacDonald:- 21 min. f.s. spec. Miss MacDonald, assisted by Irene Rowan and William Haig, has a decided novelty for a singing act and pleased very much. Ann & Mary Clark:- 16 min. in 1. A rather difficult spot for these girls, but the novelty of their offering enabled them to hold it down in good shape. Four Readings:- 8 min. f.s. spec. This well known hand balancing act held the audience very well, closing to a good hand. Picture: "Peace Celebration in Paris" This reel did not create any enthusiasm as the audience seemed to be waiting for something to happen. Remarks: The third, fourth and fifth acts being all talking, made the show appear a little tame.
