PROVIDENCE, R.I. B. F. KEITH'S DEC. 10th, 8 The show plays very well this week; there are a couple of spots that could bear improvement, but as a whole it is quite satisfactory. CHAS. LOVENBERG. THE VAN CELLOS: Man and woman, the man does all the work which is very well done indeed; the woman changes her costumes three times to hand the man the properties. She looks good however, and lends to the picture. The man's work, a foot juggler, is about as good as any I have ever seen. 8 min. full stage. RACE & EDGE: Two men talking act. One is a caricature Englishman, the other, an old Irish American. I don't understand why acts of this kind get a route and good acts go over to the opposition for lack of work from us. 14 min. in one. THE DUNCAN SISTERS: This is one of the best piano and singing acts we have ever played. In some ways, it reminds one of Van & Schenck in their rag songs. The girls have a fine personality and deliver their songs with unusual intelligence. 16 min. in one. HARRY GREEN & CO: "The Cherry Tree." This act repeated in good style, kept the audience in good humor all through. 32 min. full stage. BILLY GLASON: Comedy, songs and stories, whom the audience liked a great deal better than I did. Went very well indeed. 18 min. in one. HAIG & LOCKETT: One of the finest dancing acts we have ever played. Made a big hit. 17 min. full stage. LYONS & YOSCO: Well know[n] Italian singers and musicians who met with their usual success. 20 min. in one. THE FOUR READINGS: Splendid demonstration of strength and hand balancing with a sensational finish. All done in a very showmanlike manner. 11. min. full stage. DARRELL & EDWARDS: Miss Darrell does her usual "nut" work which is very far fetched, but the act is saved by the clever dancing and fairly good comedy and singing of Mr. Edwards. 12 Min. in two can work in one. MOTION PICTURES: O. K. CUTS: Darrell & Edwards: Son of a Gun. Darn Fool. BILLY Glason: Story about entire company of Hebrews being missing. Hell. God. Harry Green & Co: Several "What The Devils". Damn Fool. Hell. Miss Haig: Do not appear in bare legs.
