PROVIDENCE. R. I. B. F. KEITH'S FEBRUARY 11, 9 This is a corking show. White it contains only seven acts and runs a trifle short, nevertheless it gives the greatest of satisfaction and the audiences are enthusiastic in their praise of the bill on leaving the theatre and also demonstrate their appreciation by their applause and laughter while the various acts are going on. CHARLES LOVENBERG. WILFRED DUBOIS: A juggler with a new idea of light comedy and who is also very skillful in the work he offers. Another act that proves conclusively that one with merit can be played at the opening of the show and make a hit as he did. However, he is [???] enough to go in any spot on a bill. 10 min in two close in one. RUTH BUDD: Aerielist with a little song and dance attachement. The latter doesn't amount to much, but it serves to get her started with the song and patter on the rings and rope which is particularly good. A very big hit. 13 min. open and close in one, the remainder full stage. MC.INTOSH & MAIDS: A combination of one man and three girls in Scotch costumes, playing various instruments, singing a couple of songs and a little Scotch dance. A very good act. 17 min. full stage. FRANCES KENNEDY: Comedienne and singer. Nothing short of a riot. 25 min. in one. HELEN WARE: In "The Eternal Barrier". A good novelty splendidly interpreted by Miss Ware and highly appreciated by the audience. 18 min. full stage. HARRY & ANNA S[E]YMOUR: A youthful couple. The young man very neat and a good dancer who acts as a foil for the girl who is an excellently good nut comedienne. Another hit. 15 min. in one. SWEETIES: A little playlet with music. A very good vehicle. So good in fact that it could not be killed by some indifferent acting. While the people are not bad, they are not as good as the little play should have. 23 min. full stage. MOTION PICTURES: O. K.
