MARYLAND THEATRE REPORT - Baltimore, Week Nov. 14, 1910. LENA PANTZER & ASSISTANT 10 minutes full stage. A very good opening act. Miss Pantzer does some very attractive wire work while her assistant, who is a man, does some good tumbling. ANNIE & EFFIE CONLEY 11 minutes in one. Two pretty girls who sing and dance, and held the spot nicely. ROBT. H. HODGE 22 minutes full stage. A rough comedy sketch that does alright in a number three position. Hodge's character work is very good, while his support is about all you could expect from an act of this price. PRIMROSE FOUR 16 minutes in one. A quartette that get a good deal of comedy out of their work as well as entertain with good singing numbers. THE COURTIERS 24 minutes full stage. Eleven people gorgeously costumed and carrying their own set, which is very massive and beautiful. Their instrumental and vocal work is far above the average, and the act will be an attractive ornament to any bill. VALERIE BERGERE in "HIS JAPANESE WIFE" 27 minutes full stage. This sketch with Miss Bergere's portrayal of the Jap wife, is certainly a vaudeville classic and will always be welcomed by our audience. It is its fourth presentation her, and is going better than ever. We have never played a sketch as satisfying as this one. EDDIE LEONARD & MABLE RUSSELL 24 minutes in one. Leonard has certainly improved since his last appearance in this house. His voice is good and strong, while his dancing is splendid. Miss Russell is an attractive and able assistant, her numbers scoring heavily. The act in its present condition is one of the best values of the season. ERGOTTI & LILLIPUTINAS 10 minutes full stage. A good closing act to one of the best vaudeville bills we have ever played.
