B.F. KEITH'S HIPPODROME. Dec 19th 1910 Cleveland, Ohio Ned S. Hastings. CHARBINO BROTHERS. F.S. Open. Time 10. Three young athletes in tumbling, pyramiding, and acrobatics. Very neat and clever. Material largely new. NATALIE & AURIE DAGEWELL. In 1. Time 18. Two attractive young women who sing well Colonial, Civil War and Modern songs. CATHERINE HAYES & SABEL JOHNSON. Open C.D.F. Close in 1. Time 28. The opening part draws out a little two long and lacks ginger. A couple of good songs, however, are introduced. The closing number, "A Dream of Baby Days", a nursery burlesque makes a big hit. Motion pictures used. RUSSELL & SMITH'S MINSTRELS. 3 men. Open in 3 special back drop. Close in 1. Time 25. A good minstrel touch with exceptionally fine singing. However the time is too long. Motion pictures are needlessly introduced and add nothing to the act. In this particular case with pictures occuring in the preceding act, the coincidence makes unfortunate booking. LYNCH & ZELLER. In 1. Time 7. Indian club throwers and jugglers. These two young men are wonders and have a big margin of superiority on any act of this nature I have ever seen. I believe they received more applause for a "dumb" act than any I have ever witnessed. VALERIE BERGERE & CO. 2 men, 5 women. "Judgment". Time 20. Interior dwelling room. This is a vigorous arguement against conviction on "circumstantial evidence." In many ways I believe it the most dramatic bit Miss Bergere has yet offered. The act is new and will undoubtedly improve in details, but as it stands it should prove a sensation on any bill. PAT ROONEY & MARION BENT. "At The Newsstand." Open in 2 special back drop, close in 1. Time 15. These delightful dancers and entertainers went with their customary hit. GOLEMAN'S CATS & DOGS. Time 15. F.S. Woods. Goleman has unusually beautiful animals. There is an impression of novelty about much of the material. However there are some thoroughly dull intervals. Another bad feature is that every animal appears thoroughly afraid of Goleman. PHOTOPLANE "DAYLIGHT" MOTION PICTURES.
